You will be prompted to download and install a 10 meg file. After the install your computer will generate a session ID code that you can share with the representative, as well as a one time password. Providing the support representative with the password will allow them to connect to your computer. Please note that the password will be different with every use and prevent our office from connecting to your computer without your permission each time.
